Calm, choice-led companionship

A trauma-informed approach means we understand that people may carry loss, fear, illness, bereavement, family change or past trauma. We don’t need anyone to explain her whole story. We simply work in a way that protects emotional safety.

  • We don’t rush trust

  • We respect privacy and personal boundaries

  • We give choice wherever possible

  • We avoid shaming, patronising or taking over

  • We place dignity and consent at the centre of every visit

Trauma-informed companionship isn’t therapy. It’s a respectful way of being with someone.
